WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Grammy-winning R&B singer Chris Brown pleaded guilty in a Washington court on Tuesday to a misdemeanor assault charge stemming from a scuffle with a fan last year.
Brown, 25, was sentenced in District of Columbia Superior Court to time served in jail, or two days, and was ordered to pay $150 in court costs. The charges stemmed from an October 2013 sidewalk altercation in which a fan tried to jump into a photo with the singer.
