Sunday marked a big day for Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher — their sixth anniversary.
On July 10, 2010, the country music star and her hockey player husband swapped vows in a ceremony in Greensboro, Georgia, and looking back now, she believes, "God put us together."
"Six years ago today, I said 'I do,' to this handsome fella," she wrote in a Facebook post. "I meant it then and I mean it now."
The photo that accompanied the message shows the two of them hand-in-hand on an anniversary vacation.
"God put us together and continues to bless our marriage," Underwood wrote. "I couldn't imagine this life without you, Mike."
And it looks like they're living that life to the fullest right now as their celebration includes sun and fun in Cabo San Lucas.
"I am thankful for these past six years together (and, of course, for our beautiful son, Isaiah)," she added in her message. "And I look forward to spending the rest of our lives in love."
Congratulations to the happy couple!
