Paris Hilton is mighty sensitive to suggestions she's so 2003.

The frazzled 30-year-old hotel heiress abruptly exited an interview with ABC News reporter Dan Harris after he suggested she was a has-been, ceding her reality-queen crown to the likes of former bestie Kim Kardashian.

Ouch.

Here's a recap of the walk-out that's bound to go viral.

"Do you feel as if people like Kim Kardashian are overshadowing you?" quizzed Harris during the Q&A in her newly renovated Los Angeles home.

"No, not at all," replied Hilton.

"Do you ever worry about your moment having passed?" he queried. The question was a reasonable one, considering her hyped Oxygen reality series, The World According to Paris, has been bombing in the ratings, averaging a paltry 400,000 viewers.

A startled Hilton turned and looked offscreen toward her publicist. That's when she shut things down and walked away.

But she forgot to turn off her mic and could be heard and could clearly be heard murmering, "Well, I don't want all this being used."

After a time-out, during which she huddled with her rep, a smiling Paris reappeared on camera opposite Harris.

"I've been in this business for 15 years now so it's been a very long time. And just like any other business person or someone in the industry it's always important to reinvent yourself and come up with new projects," the socialite said.

During the chat, Hilton also showed off her luxury dog house (a replica of her house natch), and held court on the nature of fame and its dark side as the target of stalkers.

What started off as an awkward sit-down ended eventually with a hug.

Just don't say she's passed her prime.
