Sean Penn and Scarlett Johansson are still going strong!
The duo--who have been seeing each other since January--went to dinner together with a few friends Saturday night at Cecconi's in West Hollywood.
So were they able to keep their feet, er, hands off each other?

Just barely.
Sources at the restaurant say Penn, in a black leather jacket and jeans, and ScarJo, in a red top and cream jacket, sat together and could hardly take their eyes off one another.
"They looked really happy together," dished an onlooker from a few tables over. "They playfully touched each other a few times. They were really just laughing, and it seemed like they were having a lot of fun together."
Sean and Scarlett attempted to sneak out of the restaurant, but paps caught the duo leaving in the same car. In fact, Scarlett even sat on his lap on the way out.
As we said when we checked in on Scarlett and ex-hubby Ryan Reynolds' dating behavior post-split, Johansson is going for the more high-profile, in-your-face approach. And we kinda dig it!
Ryan was last snapped getting hands-y with a model in South Africa, but he's been off the paparazzi's radar for the most part.
Gotta say, we're still digging the Penn and Johansson hookup! Are you?
