Some happy news on the Sean Kingston front.
The "Beautiful Girls" singer, who was hospitalized over Memorial Day weekend after a near-fatal jet ski accident in Miami Beach, has been upgraded to serious condition — and that's not even the best part.
"Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning," his publicist, Joseph Carozza, tells E! News.
"Sean thanks his friends, family and fans for their outpouring of prayers and well wishes."
Kingston, 21, was admitted to the trauma unit at Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital in critical condition with a broken jaw, broken wrist and water in his lungs, but physicians were able to stabilize him and transfer him to the ICU. His recovery is expected to take several more weeks.
