Rules for 'Ocean 8' surprise

Commencing on 6/5/2018 at 7:30 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and continuing through 6/5/2018 at 8:00 AM ET (“Contest Period”), NBCUniversal Media, LLC and the Today Show, (collectively, “Sponsors”) will award up to eight (8) invitations to a preview (“Preview”) of Ocean’s 8 (“Prize”). During the Contest Period, entrants must be present at Rockefeller Plaza (enter on 48th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues, New York, NY) between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM on 6/5/2018 showing why you are the ultimate Ocean’s 8 fan group (“Submission”). Sponsors will select eight (8) Winners (each a “Winner”) from among all valid entries received during the Contest Period based on the following judging criteria: 50% enthusiasm, 50% creativity. Prize redeemable through 6/5/2018. Winner must be available to attend the Preview on 6/5/2018. Prize does not include transportation, accommodations, or parking. Sponsor's decision cannot be appealed. Total Actual Retail Value for Prize, including shipping and handling, is $0. The collection and use of personal information collected below will be governed by the Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://www.nbcuniversal.com/privacy/full-privacy-policy. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify, and release and hold harmless, Sponsor, and its affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the Contest and/or use of Prize. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner.
