After the harrowing experience of coming face to face with her stalker, the man who's been allegedly trespassing on Halle Berry's property has been arrested.
The man returned to the actress's property around 11 p.m. Monday night, TMZ reports. "Law enforcement sources say the man jumped over the back wall at Halle's home ... This time her private security -- off-duty police officers -- were watching the suspect on a security camera as he entered the grounds."
Richard Franco was quickly apprehended and LAPD officers were called to the scene, at which point he was arrested and booked on suspicion of felony stalking. It's believed that Franco who is the same person who was spotted on Berry's property this past Saturday and Sunday.
According to E! News, the actress has obtained a restraining order against the man. In documents obtained by TMZ, the actress said, "This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have and I am extremely frightened of him and what he might do to me and those I love."
