Love her or hate her, "American Idol's" third-place finisher last season has signed a record deal.

Our pals at The Hollywood Reporter confirmed that 20-year-old Haley Reinhart has signed with Interscope. The label is also home to ninth-place finisher, Pia Toscano, who confirmed her deal earlier this month. According to THR, an official announcement about Reinhart is expected soon.

Reinhart, who is currently on tour with "Idol," was something of a comeback story this past season. She found herself in the bottom three four times after the top 13 were selected, but delivered some surprising performances that earned her standing ovations from the judges and votes from viewers that kept her on the competition nearly to the end. (But a number of readers complained about what they perceived to be her "arrogance.")
