In an effort to live out their vow to stay low-key after their North American tour and just enjoy being newlyweds, Prince William and Kate Middleton ditched any glam events this weekend and decided to go out for a movie instead!
Now, call us crazy, but we would guess that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 would be a sure pick for the royal couple (after all, the primarily British-cast flick made record-breaking numbers in Hollywood ), but it wasn't!
So what did the duke and duchess decide to see on date night?

It seems like weddings are still on their brain, because the couple saw Bridesmaids. (We're guessing it was Kate's choice).
The movie theater tweeted about their surprise royal guests, "Prince William &Kate Middy saw Bridesmaids at Cineworld Llandudno this W'end. Wonder what they made of Kristen Wiigs 'one eyed' impression?"
They seem to be a fan of good humor, so we're pretty sure they enjoyed Wiig just as much as us Americans.
