Looks like this Teen Mom star's custody deal isn't going up in smoke.

Kailyn Lowry, one of the titular stars of MTV's popular trainwreck reality show, has no plans to challenge baby daddy Jonathan "Jo" Rivera for sole guardianship of their infant son, Isaac, despite Rivera's pot bust last week in New Jersey.

"All I'm saying don't believe everything you hear," Kailyn tweeted today.

That seems to be directed toward TMZ, which reported earlier today that Kailyn was thinking of asking a judge to alter their custody agreement because she was unhappy about her ex's behavior.

Likewise, sources close to Rivera tell E! News that there are no such plans in the works. (It is unclear whether Kailyn and her son still live with Jo and his parents, as is currently depicted on Teen Mom 2.)

Police in Lopatcong Township, N.J., busted 19-year-old Jo and his 23-year-old brother, Edward Rivera, after noticing sparks coming from underneath their car's carriage.

The younger Rivera told his arresting officers that he was on Teen Mom, but did not try to use his celeb status to curry favors, the report said.

As he was a passenger in vehicle, Jo was just charged with being under the influence of marijuana. Edward, meanwhile, was charged with driving under the influence, being under the influence of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and driving an unsafe vehicle.

The brothers have not responded to calls seeking comment.
