Police in the Alabama town of Saraland are searching for Clent Holmes, the former guitarist for country music legend Hank Williams, who was reported missing Tuesday.

Authorities say Holmes, who is 94 and has Alzheimer's disease, was last seen around 11:30 a.m. at his home.

Saraland police Sgt. Leroy A. Smith Jr. said that Holmes' black 2002 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck is also missing. Its license number is Alabama 41061AY.

Smith told the Mobile Press-Register that Holmes also has problems with his eyesight. He said Holmes is known to frequent the Walmart in Saraland and also has relatives in Leakesville, Miss.

Authorities are asking anyone who sees Holmes to contact police.

Holmes was an original member of Williams' Drifting Cowboys, who were active from 1939 until Williams' death in 1953.
