Pixar's Cars 2: A Tokyo Tune-Up for Lightning, Mater and Michael Caine

Ka-chow!

Lightning McQueen and pal Mater--voiced once again by Owen Wilson and Larry the Cable Guy--are getting back in gear for Pixar's Cars 2, and the action takes them to the World Grand Prix in Tokyo where they not only find an amazing race, but a dapper British motorcar that sounds remarkably like Michael Caine.

After the unique and beautiful Pixar hits Wall-E and Up, this John Lasseter-directed romp seems more like a sure-fire kid pleaser full of the stuff audiences like: car races, international intrigue, explosions and a bit of well-timed bathroom humor.

The only downside: We're guessing that the late Paul Newman's crusty old Doc Hudson won't be around to offer his bons mots like "Hot snot!" and the like. Too bad for us.
