An early exit from “American Idol” could prove to be a lucky break for former judges' favorite Pia Toscano. Sure, she’s out of the competition to win it all on the “Idol” stage, but Toscano still has a chance to win big in other ways.

For instance, according to Us Weekly, the vocalist already has a lock on a fast-tracked record deal.

"Pia is being signed to a deal with Interscope Records who are rushing her into the studio to record an album ASAP," an insider revealed. "Starting (Thursday) night after the show, Interscope told her they wanted her, and first thing (Friday) morning Interscope brass started calling every top songwriter and producer in town to get an album together and rush release it.”

As if that weren’t enough to keep the 22-year-old busy, it turns out that Toscano’s career isn’t the only part of her life taking off post-“Idol.”

On Friday night, the singer was spotted out and about with her rumored new beau, “Dancing With the Stars” pro Mark Ballas. TMZ reports that romance came about when Toscano contacted a friend about her interest in the two-time ballroom champ. That friend is said to have passed her number to “Dancing” hopeful Chris Jericho, who then passed it on to Ballas.

A phone call from the dancer led to a date, and that date allegedly led to a TV crossover love connection.
