The King's Speech won Best Picture (or its equivalent) at the Producers Guild, the BAFTAs and the SAGs: That's a lot of wins among voting groups whose members also cast ballots for the Oscars.

The King's Speech's Tom Hooper won the DGA: We've got a feeling the general Academy membership will vote The Social Network's David Fincher Best Director on Sunday night, but the DGA victory nonetheless again demonstrated the film's pull among potential Oscar voters.

The King's Speech won at the box office: Yes, we know, Toy Story 3, followed by Inception, True Grit and then The King's Speech (and then The Social Network), made the most money of the Best Picture contenders.
