Matt, Al, Carson and Willie ditched their razors in November for No-Shave TODAY, growing beards to boost awareness for men's health causes. They shed their facial hair during Monday's Big Shave broadcast.

See how our anchors' beards grew out here.

Each anchor also picked a non-profit organization to raise money for that supports men's health causes. Find more info here:

Matt: The Prostate Cancer Foundation
They're the leading philanthropic organization funding prostate cancer research around the world, and they're working closely with Movember.

Al: The American Cancer Society
This non-profit holds a dear place in Al's heart as his mom was actively involved in it.

Willie: American Heart & Stroke Association
Heart disease and strokes are top killers among men.

Carson: Breast Cancer Research Foundation
His mother is a survivor, and we can't ignore the men who also have the disease.

A very big thanks goes to Gillette, who donated $100,000 to split among their four charities. In return, their barbers had the honor of shaving Matt, Al, Willie and Carson.
