The Jonas Brothers' TV show is undergoing a makeover — to the delight of Nick Jonas.

The Disney show is changing its name from "Jonas" to "Jonas LA" and in it, the boys have moved from New Jersey to Los Angeles to pursue their dreams — just as they did in real life.

The youngest sibling in the pop trio says the changes are "amazing."

"It's such an improvement from last season. We're so happy with the new direction," the 17-year-old said in a recent interview. "... We feel very happy with it and we're very proud of it."

"Jonas LA" makes its season debut on June 20.

It's not the only thing the Jonas Brothers have going on. They kick off a national tour in Dallas on July 27 with Demi Lovato. It will be the second tour of the year for Nick, who went on the road earlier this year with his band, Nick Jonas and the Administration.

Nick may perform some Administration songs on the Jonas Brothers tour; he says he doesn't see a problem switching back into JoBros mode: "They both come naturally for me. Both projects are things that I'm passionate about."

The brothers sequel to the Disney TV movie "Camp Rock" is also due this fall, and Nick is still working on his diabetes awareness, working with Bayer to give grants to those who, like him, are living with the medical condition.

"We can share what we've learned so far and hopefully let other young people with diabetes know it's going to be all right, they can live out their dreams and do what they want in life, even living with diabetes," he said.

And for Nick, that means more than music, but also fulfilling his sports dreams. A fan of the New York Yankees and the Dodgers, Jonas has been playing third base for the Jonas Brothers' softball team.

"I'm working on some baseball training right now," he said. "Basically, from the time the World Series ended until now, I've been training and doing a lot of things to get ready for our next season this summer."
