While Hollywood is buzzing with baby news, there is still the unpleasant matter of Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson's divorce.
And now there's even more reason to talk about it as Nick is holding nothing back.
Alimony. Infidelity. Undying love.
A candid Nick told Rolling Stone magazine he still doesn't know if Jessica ever cheated on him.
"Sometimes I think it would be easier if I had just walked in the house and found her in bed with a guy. I wouldn't have to deal with the uncertainty of adultery," Nick revealed.
Rolling Stone writer Allison Glock spent several days with Nick and was admittedly surprised by his emotion.
"Nick cried within the first 10 minutes of the first day and I think that's because he's sad, but also because he's expressing something real," Glock told us.
As for alimony, Nick said "I haven't requested alimony at all. I have no intention of filing for spousal support and I've been clear with Jessica about not wanting it."
Despite Jessica wearing her wedding ring around her neck in a recent photo, reconciliation isn't likely. But there is still love.
"I'll tell you how I knew my marriage was over – I was told," Nick added. "I'd marry her all over again because I still love her. It would be a lot easier to walk away if I didn't."
