The housing crisis just got scarier.

And what could possibly make it even more bone-chilling? Hearing Daniel Craig deliver the line "Once upon a time there were two little girls who lived in a house..." in his deep, British mumble.

While the 007's star's upcoming blockbusters Cowboys &Aliens and The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo are getting all the attention, this trailer for Dream House, a seriously spooky thriller costarring Naomi Watts and Craig's new wife, Rachel Weisz, looks plenty scary good, too...

Dream House is a psychological thriller from director Jim Sheridan (In the Name of the Father) about a seemingly perfect family who move into new home only to find out it was the scene of some gruesome murders. Of course, the realtor never told them about that while they were in escrow.

The whole thing looks plenty creepy with teenagers holding creepy seances in garages, mysterious objects running past windows and wee tots saying, "Everyone who lives in this house gets killed."

And they aren't just talking about falling home values, either.

Dream House hits theaters Sept. 30. What do you think? Did it get your heart racing?
