It's been four years since Amy Winehouse released her Grammy-winning breakthrough "Back to Black," but the troubled British singer is getting ready to release new music.
"The album will be six months at the most," Winehouse told the British press outside a film screening. "It's going to be very much the same as my second album ["Back to Black"], where there's a lot of jukebox stuff and songs that are ... just jukebox, really."

Winehouse — who has battled addiction, legal woes, health issues and an on-again-off-again relationship with husband Blake Fielder-Civil over the last few years — has been spending plenty of time recording new music.
The Roots drummer ?uestlove told Rolling Stone earlier this year that he was contacted by Winehouse about a "jazzy" collaboration with Mos Def. Winehouse has also been seen recording in Jamaica at Geejam Studios with Salaam Remi, who co-produced "Back to Black."

While she's prepping her album, Winehouse has begun returning to the stage. Last week, she joined Mark Ronson at a London club to sing "Valerie," from Ronson's album "Version," although the performance was plagued by problems.
"Mark and I recorded two versions of 'Valerie,'" Winehouse told the London press. "We released the one that came out like the Supremes, but I play the other version with my band. When I got there, I completely forgot it was his version we were singing, so I was probably a bit out of sync. It was really fun to be onstage with him, though."
