Nancy Grace is bailing on Swift Justice after just one season.

The tough-talking legal host says it's partly because the show is going to relocate to Los Angeles from its current Atlanta headquarters, but mostly because Grace wants to be home for her 3-year old twins, she confirms to E! News.

"I am so proud of the work we have done on Swift Justice," Grace tells us, adding that leaving the show was a "tough decision."

"With the increased requirements of the production's relocation to Los Angeles, it became challenging to balance my most important job, mother to John David and Lucy back home. I will miss the California sunshine for now, but I will be back soon."

So who will take her place?

Las Vegas Judge Jackie Glass, that's who.

A district court judge in Clark County, Nev., since 2003, Glass will replace Grace as the host for the second season. Her claim to fame while on the bench? Glass presided over the O.J. Simpson armed robbery and kidnapping trial that sent him to jail in 2008.

The show's executive producer John Terenzio released a statement saying he's excited to have Glass joining the Emmy nominated production.

"Swift Justice has had an incredible freshman year, and we're thrilled to have been nominated for an Emmy earlier this month. I want to thank Nancy for all her contributions toward making the show a success. We are sad to see her leave, but we respect her decision to do what's best for her family. At the same time, we're excited to introduce viewers to another true original Judge Jackie Glass, we are confident our viewers will enthusiastically embrace her."

Grace will continue to host the Atlanta-based CNN show Nancy Grace on weeknights and has signed a multiyear deal to stay with the network.

The new season of Swift Justice will premiere in September.
