Multi-tasking mom J. Lo trains for triathlon

Jennifer Lopez is proving to be quite the multitasking mom. In addition to her reality show and new fashion line, the mother of infant twins is training for a triathlon.

Jennifer Lopez is proving to be quite the multi-tasking mom.

Lopez, who doesn’t have a nanny for infant twins Max and Emme, has been quite busy lately. She's vacationing in Spain, preparing for the launch of a new fashion line, has a reality show in the works, and now comes news that she’s training for a triathlon, too.

Lopez is working out two hours a day, running, swimming and cycling, according to OK! magazine, who talked to her longtime trainer, Gunna Peterson.

“The workouts change daily, depending on the day, the time and freedom,” Peterson told the magazine.

The trainer sheds light on how Lopez pulls it off: “She may be the most efficient multitasker I know. She literally has every aspect of her life in check,” he says. “She doesn’t have a nanny, a chef, or a nutritionist. She makes time for the kids. Family comes first.”

Jennifer Aniston revisits romantic haunts
It’s good to see that Jennifer Aniston doesn’t get too caught up in sentimentality.

The actress recently rendezvoused with her beau John Mayer in Chicago, and according to Us Weekly, the two spent the weekend together at the Peninsula hotel, the same hotel where Aniston and Vince Vaughn stayed when they dated in 2005.

The magazine reports that Aniston and Mayer spent their weekend working out and eating out, dining at a local restaurant, Mia Francesca.

“They were playful and seemed to enjoy each other’s company,” a bystander told the mag.

The supermodel writes, “I knew about Kabbalah before Madonna got involved.”

Au contraire, according to one very involved member of Kabbalah.

“What is she talking about? She wasn’t there first. I never even knew she was active, and I would know,” says the source.

Regardless of who won the race to the red string, it doesn’t sound like Campbell has fond memories of her time with the faith.

“Kabbalah is not a religion, it’s a programme,” Campbell wrote. “It reminds me of AA but just with different words.”
