Fans of Bravo's The Millionaire Matchmaker may notice something different about Patti Stanger as she makes the press rounds for the second season of her Bravo show The Millionaire Matchmaker.

"I had a breast reduction," she tells PEOPLE. "[They] went from out-of-proportion to a perfect teardrop. Now I take off my shirt and they're high and beautiful.”

Stanger, who says she gained 25 lbs. during the two seasons of filming her Bravo show, had gone from a 34 C to a 36 DD. "We eat really badly when we're filming. We're constantly snacking on junk food," she admits. Since the surgery in October, the 47-year-old reality star is down to a C cup size.

Thinner and sexier
Ironically, Stanger found her doctor by watching another reality show: Dr. 90210. "I liked what I saw of Dr. [Gary] Motykie on the show and then when he told me he could do a reduction without much pain and I could be back to work in four days, I booked him," she explains.

Stanger has also lost 15 lbs. and gotten more fit by exercising on the elliptical machine and lifting weights. Now 130 lbs., she still wants to get to her “fighting weight” of 112 lbs. But she's happy with what she sees. “I feel really light and my clothes look amazing," says Stanger. "Being thinner makes me feel sexier.”

In love
And while she tries to make love connections for other people, the Florida native met her longtime beau, a real-estate executive, via a fellow matchmaker.

"I was going to hire her and as a test told her to find me a guy," she explains. "At first he was a friend — all my girlfriends wanted to date him. We've been together five years."

So, any wedding bells in the future? "We're talking about getting married," she says. "He says he'll get a ring this year. We'll see."
