Milla Jovovich and her fiancé, director Paul Anderson, are getting ready to tie the knot this Saturday, PEOPLE has confirmed.

The couple, who are parents to daughter Ever Gabo, 20 months, have invited about 50 guests to a sunset ceremony at their Los Angeles-area home.

“It’s going to be small,” Jovovich recently told PEOPLE. “It’s just going to be family and close friends. And it’s at our home and it’s going to be kind of Havana/Cuban, like very California-Spanish feeling. It’s going to be nice.”

As for the wedding attire? The bride, 33, told PEOPLE she’s wearing a gown she designed herself and describes it as a “1960’s mini-dress.”

The couple met in 2002 when Anderson, 44, whose films also include Alien Vs Predator, directed Jovovich in the box office hit “Resident Evil.” The two welcomed their daughter in November 2006.

The actress can currently be seen opposite Steve Zahn and Timothy Olyphant in the thriller “A Perfect Getaway,” which premiered on Aug. 7. Anderson’s latest film, which he wrote and directed, was 2008’s “Death Race” starring Jason Stratham.
