Miley Cyrus advises Justin Bieber: 'Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble'

Barry Gibb isn't the only one offering advice to Justin Bieber these days. Miley Cyrus had a few words of wisdom to share with her fellow pop star when she appeared on "The Tonight Show" Thursday.

"You know what, you've got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble, and party at your house," she told Jay Leno after he asked if she had advice for her pal. "Buy a house, and add a club to it."

The 21-year-old added that her fans recently put up a list of all kinds of celebrity mug shots on the Internet, and noted hers was not among them.

"I get the most flak out of anybody," she said. "But I'm not doing anything illegal! I'm doing a lot of s--- ... but I'm not doing anything illegal, so that's all right. Everything I do is legal in California."

Still, Cyrus' headline-making abilities come to her naturally. Once, as a toddler, she wandered onto the set of a talk show where her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, was doing an interview. And of course, Leno had a clip of that first-ever TV appearance.

It's not to be missed. Not only does Miley know to respond to the audience's applause with applause of her own, she brought out her "boyfriend," as her dad calls the doll — a strangely lifelike Willie Nelson — in her pink stroller. Later, when Dad asks Miley to "do her eyes," she has a trick all ready where she rolls them to one side.

"Very talented child," said the elder Cyrus on the tape. Hard to disagree there.
