Rocker Bruce Springsteen stands accused of dancing in the dark with someone other than wife Patti Scialfa, as a New Jersey man blames The Boss for the breakup of his marriage.

A recent report in Star magazine revealed divorce papers filed by Arthur Kelly include the allegation that his wife, Ann Kelly, “committed adultery with one Bruce Springsteen, who resides in Rumson, N.J., and Colts Neck, N.J., at various times and places too numerous to mention.”

An insider told the magazine the news isn’t shocking to the Monmouth County community.

“Ann says she and Bruce are just friends, but there have been rumors going around the area for more than a year that they had gotten way too close after meeting at a local gym,” the source said.

Billy Bob Thornton’s on-air meltdown Sure, Billy Bob Thornton’s best known as an actor, director and screenwriter, but when he’s ready to talk about his music career, he’d prefer it if everyone would just pretended he never did any of those other things.

That’s the lesson “On Q’s” Jian Ghomeshi learned when he dared to mention Thornton’s vast résumé before interviewing him and his Boxmasters bandmates. By the time Ghomeshi pitched his first question to the star, he was face-to-face with a belligerent Billy Bob.

Even a softball query about how long ago the band formed was met with a brusque “I don't know what you are talking about” and “I’m not sure what that means” from Thornton.

During the 13-minute interview, Thornton denied knowing Willie Nelson (with whom he’s currently touring), answered music inquiries with facts about movie-monster magazines, and then finally admitted he resented all the Hollywood mentions.

“You wouldn’t say that to Tom Petty, would you?” a visibly agitated Thornton mumbled.

Trump vs. Kardashian: Battle of the blogs
After Donald Trump unceremoniously axed her from “Celebrity Apprentice,” Khloe Kardashian blogged her anger. The youngest member of the Kardashian clan took exception to Trump’s motives, and now he’s taken exception to her reaction.

“It wasn't because of my work ethic, it wasn't because I was slacking — it was because of my DUI, one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made that I will forever regret,” Kardashian wrote. “I will NEVER say that what I did was right, but I think it is completely unrelated to my place on the show and I don't think I should have been fired for that reason alone. I have tried to bring awareness to how serious DUIs are and I am trying to make some right out of my huge mistake.”

Kardashian expressed confusion as to why Trump would forgive Miss USA 2006, Tara Conner, for a past drinking disgrace, but not her. OK! magazine says Trump responded (in a now-missing post) on his blog.

“I pardoned Tara Conner for her irresponsible behavior which also included alcohol use. Here’s the difference: She had just entered celebrity, which was a new arena for her, and these contestants have already had professional success as well as celebrity,” he explained.

The boardroom boss was evidently unaware of Kardashian’s 2008 DUI conviction when he posted his reasons for selecting her for the show.

“Khloe is a dynamo and very pleasant on the eyes,” he wrote last month. “Kardashian plays ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ for the charity The Brent Shapiro Foundation for Alcohol and Drug Awareness, The nonprofit’s mission is to turn the fear, helplessness and grief caused by alcohol and drug addiction into a powerful force of hope & healing.”

Dish on the fly“Dancing With the Stars’” latest castoff, David Alan Grier, took a parting shot at his favorite former Fly Girl when he spoke to OK! magazine. “She better not come within 10 feet of me because she’s getting a foot in her ass,” he said of judge Carrie Ann Inaba, who worked her own fancy footwork back in Grier’s “In Living Color” days. Convinced that he left before his time, Grier added, “I feel like (pro partner Kym Johnson and I) never got the respect of the judges. Never!” … Her father faces assault charges following last year’s D-list airport fracas in Turks and Caicos, but Broadway’s Nikki Blonsky still stands by her dad. “Everything’s good,” Blonsky told In Touch Weekly. “I just stuck with my family. That’s the most important thing. My dad is my best friend.” The “Hairspray” star, who was also involved in the brawl with the family of former “America’s Next Top Model” contender Bianca Golden, was recently cleared of all charges. … Concerned that young fans might feel inferior when they compare themselves to the fresh-faced celebrities they see in magazines, Miley Cyrus wants to set the record straight. “I wish I could tell every little girl who looks in the mirror and says, ‘I’m not beautiful,’ and take them in to the process to (see) what it takes to look like that,” the Disney teen queen said in a quote posted to Digital Spy. “They would feel so much better about themselves. It takes an hour-and-a-half before you're even there and they're working on the lighting ... it's not real.”
