Lindsay Lohan will undergo an evaluation from Drs. Kaushal Sharma and Adam Weisman, Access Hollywood has learned.

Sharma, a psychiatrist according to TMZ, and Weisman, listed as a psychologist on Psyris.com, will “interview” the jail-bound star and “submit an opinion as to best type of program for the defendant,” according to a minute order from Tuesday’s court hearing obtained by Access.

The “interview” will also determine “whether alcohol has adverse reaction with (Lohan’s) prescriptions.”

According to a probation officer’s report also obtained by Access, those prescriptions include Nexium, Zoloft, Trazadone, Adderall and “sometimes Dilaudid for dental pain.”

The report states that those prescriptions have caused her to test positive for amphetamines and/or opiates on several occasions, which was thus “not a violation of probation.”

As for how long Lohan has used prescription drugs, the report states that “the defendant indicates she has been on the same prescription medication for as long as she can remember.”

Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, has long alleged that his daughter was using prescription drugs, claiming to Access back in October 2009, “I think once you’re on the prescription medication long enough, medically you become addicted to it. ... I can’t get into what the medications are.”

As for the actress' current condition, Sharma reportedly told TMZ that he will spend at least a few hours with Lohan — potentially half a day. Weisman was not immediately available for comment when contacted by Access on Wednesday afternoon.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, on Tuesday, Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation. She must turn herself into the court by July 20.

In other Lohan ay news, Access confirmed on Wednesday that her mother, Dina Lohan, had arrived in Los Angeles after being notably absent from Tuesday’s court session, which was attended by Lohans’s father, Michael, and sister, Ali.
