At least Lindsay Lohan can check this court appearance off of her to-do list.
Following orders that Lohan and partners of fashion company 6126 appear in court Tuesday after being sued by a photographer who previously snapped promo shots of the Mean Girls star, E! News has learned exclusively that the company settled the lawsuit with the suit-filing shutterbug.

While Lohan was a no-show for the settlement hearing per her stint at Betty Ford, Kristi Kaylor, Lohan's 6126 business partner, tells E! News "It was an amicable settlement."
The lawsuit against the company came about when fashion photographer Scott Nathan claimed he was hired to take promo shots of Lohan for her clothing line, and was never compensated for his share of the profits as promised. The photog later sued the company and Universal Music Group in April for copyright infringement, fraudulent business practices, and breach of contract, among other things.
Prior to Tuesday's hearing, attorney Adam S. Rossman told E! News the only reason Lohan as named as a defendant was as "a publicity stunt aimed solely at garnering media attention to his lawsuit against 6126. There is no merit to Mr. Nathan's lawsuit."
The terms of the settlement are being kept under wraps per a confidentiality agreement.
