Lindsay Lohan’s dad lashes out at Sam Ronson

After promising he would no longer say anything about daughter Lindsay's love life, Michael Lohan struck again with a blog posting begging readers to intervene between Lindsay and Samantha Ronson.

Just one month after announcing a truce with daughter Lindsay Lohan and promising not to discuss her private life publicly, Michael Lohan has returned to his old tongue-wagging ways. This time, the publicity-loving pop took to his blog and posted a public plea to “PLEASE HELP!!!” his little girl.

“I have no intention of disclosing any information or feelings I may have about (Lindsay and gal pal Samantha Ronson) unless it is in defense of what they or one of their ‘mouthpieces’ might say about me,” the elder Lohan wrote in December.

But without so much a peep about him coming from Team Lindsay, Michael Lohan’s decided to break that pledge. All it took this time was hearing the news that his oldest daughter still keeps close company with Ronson.

“Like I said in the past, ‘If I see or hear of anyone or anything causing harm or is seen as a threat to my children,’ I will speak about it, and do anything I can to try to intervene regardless of the repercussions on me,” he wrote Wednesday. “With that said, after seeing promise and thanking God for Lindsay’s freedom from SaMANtha’s bondage, I see now, that since SaMANtha has once again, weaseled her way back into Lindsay’s life, things have taken a dark turn.”

Seems Michael Lohan blames Ronson for everything from using LiLo to boost her DJ booking fees to the actress’ recent weight loss.

“I am asking everyone out there to intervene in every way possible to help Lindsay, and quite possibly, save her life,” he posted. “Help this wonderful, good hearted and gifted young lady to see what SaMANtha is doing to her and how she is destroying her life.”

“You’re a man of strength, charisma, girth, honor, girth... and influence,” Mayer said in the video entitled “Power Tape Number 9: Potentializing Your Dreams.” Addressing the message to himself, he continued, “You’re like that guy in the movie ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Brat.’ The older you get; the younger you get. And right before you die a little, tiny man-baby, you’re going to discover the ability to time travel into volcanoes.”

No need for a spoiler warning there, as Mayer admitted, “I never saw the film. I’m just guesstimating here that that’s how it ends.”

Dish on the fly Actor Billy Bob Thornton hopes for an onscreen reunion with ex-wife Angelina Jolie. In an interview with TheBoot.com, Thornton said they’ve already discussed the idea. “I’d like to do another movie with Angie, too, one of these days,” he said. “We talk all the time. She and I keep looking for something to do together; we just have to find the right thing.” Thornton and Jolie haven’t shared the big screen since starring in 1999’s “Pushing Tin.” … Divorcing Madonna was the best move Guy Ritchie could make, according to the director’s father. “The worst thing would be if they reconciled,” John Ritchie told In Touch Weekly. “Guy is better off... We hope (Madonna) does have a lot of boyfriends because it means she won’t ever get back together with Guy!”
