The truth continues to be difficult to suss out in the drama surrounding Lindsay Lohan, the necklace she allegedly stole, and any jail time she may or may not serve.
The latest update ahead of her expected Wednesday court appearance suggests that Lohan will not have to serve more than a 120-day sentence for violating her probation.
Sources inside the L.A. County Sheriff's department reportedly told TMZ that based on good time credits and discounted time for jail overcrowding, Lohan could serve roughly 14 days of the 120-day sentence behind bars. OR: she might not get credit for overcrowding, and she could serve out 84 days at home. Stay tuned for more.
