Lindsay Lohan is at it again. No, no, she wasn't walking out of any jewelry stores with unpaid merchandise or strutting into court to answer to any probation violations. She was just adding a new tattoo to her body, TMZ reports.
The actress with Long Island roots reached back there this week for inspiration from another famous New Yorker when she got a Billy Joel song lyric tattooed on her rib cage. "Clear as a crystal sharp as a knife I feel like I'm in the prime of my life" reads the script from Joel's 1989 song, "I Go to Extremes."
TMZ says Lohan went to Shamrock Tattoos in L.A. for the work and she reportedly felt the lyric was important to her because "It represented where she is in life and everything she's been through ... it signifies that she's focused."
Lohan's other tattoos include shhh on one of her index fingers and a Marilyn Monroe quote, "I restore myself when I'm alone," on her right wrist.
