It certainly looks nice enough. So what the heck is the problem?
For nearly two years, LeAnn Rimes' Nashville mansion has been on and off the market so many times, we can't help but wonder why the darn thing just hasn't sold yet.
Sure, the singer has certainly had her share of negative press ever since hooking up with Eddie Cibrian, but we'd hate to think that would be reason enough for potential buyers to completely ignore the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom European-style home situated on five acres of land.
Or is it?

After all, since May of 2009, about two months after rumors began circulating of Rimes and Cibrian cheating on their respective significant others, Rimes has attempted to sell the property four different times and been forced to reduce the original asking price of $7.45 million to its current $6.25 million.
So what do you get for that kind of dough? In addition to the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms already mentioned, the 13,000-square-foot pad also features a guest house, an infinity pool, a hot tub, a home theater, a gym, a wine cellar as well as killer 360-degree views of the surrounding area.
And, we assume, LeAnn's eternal gratitude.
