While the guys are away (at the doctor's) the ladies will play, and for this Throwback Thursday, the girls are remembering their favorite chick flicks.

The women of TODAY took over Trending TODAY's Throwback Thursday while Matt and Al received prostate exams in an effort raise awareness for men's health during the No Shave November campaign, so the topic was ladies' choice.

Four Swedish movie theaters recently announced plans to begin rating films based on the Bechdel Test (named for Alison Bechdel, the cartoonist who introduced it in her comic strip), which requires two named female characters talk to each other about something other than a man. This had the ladies thinking about picking their favorite chick flicks over the years.

Savannah Guthrie: "Working Girl"

Tamron Hall: "Love Actually"

Natalie Morales: "Sixteen Candles"

Kathie Lee Gifford: "It's Complicated"

Hoda Kotb: "Sweet Home Alabama"
