Camille Grammer is no longer a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills. But she is a real ex-housewife (and a real loaded one, at that).

A judge today signed off on the reality-chronicled, media-dissected divorce of Kelsey Grammer and wife No. 3, thus ending their 13-year marriage and, incidentally, finally paving the way for the serial husband to walk down the aisle with wife No. 4 in just a few weeks' time.

Who needs civility when you're living in a community property state?

As it happens, the duo somehow managed to strike a deal earlier this week, reaching an agreement to hash out property and financial details at a later date in order to expedite the divorce. However, after taking their deal to court on Tuesday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Maureen Nelson said the divorce decree could only be made final once signed copies of financial documents were filed with the courts. Which is what happened today, though neither side appeared in court.

However, despite the finer details of their split remaining undecided, Kelsey--now legally single--is free to make his next move.

"I have a great many mixed feelings about today--I'm sad for what was, yet excited about the road ahead," Camille said in a statement. "I'm grateful to my family and friends who have stood by me through this time--I will never forget their love and support.

"What I most hope is that Kelsey and I can improve our communications and truly coparent our two wonderful children; and I wish Kelsey and Kate love and happiness in their new marriage."

Indeed, while the divorce finalization is sad news for Camille, it's very good news for Kelsey and his current fiance Kayte Walsh, as the former Frasier star has made no secret of his desire to rush down the aisle with the young Brit at New York's Plaza Hotel on Feb. 25.

For her part, Camille told The View earlier this month that she was neither invited (hardly surprising) nor had any desire to attend the nuptials (even less surprising). However, her children with Kelsey are expected to be present for the vow swap.

Which, even for the most hardened reality villain, has got to be tough. But the reported tens of millions she's taking off her ex can go a long way to providing a comfy cushion to cry on.
