Country music star and "American Idol" judge Keith Urban is a busy man. But while he was recently Down Under preparing for his next tour, he still found time to bring a little "Amazing Grace" to a children's hospital with wife Nicole Kidman.

Urban and Kidman visited Monash Children's Hospital in Victoria, Australia, on Friday. Video posted by the hospital shows Urban strumming a guitar as staff sing along and film the performance. The camera eventually pans over to reveal Kidman standing off to one side as part of the chorus.

Kidman was raised in Australia; Urban is from New Zealand, and both are regularly involved in charity work at home and abroad. After their impromptu performance, they attended the Swisse Celebrate Life Ball.

Philanthropic work, Kidman told Melbourne's Herald Sun, is "one of the most important things I do."

"It's deeply sad," she added, regarding the illnesses suffered by children. "But events like the Swisse Celebrate Life Ball ensure that we are able to give to families in need. Even if it is just listening and hugging and showing support, then it's worth it."
