Keanu Reeves is coming back to the big screen with big moves in his new action film "John Wick," and once again, fans will get the chance to see the actor do his own stunts.

But now that Reeves has hit the half-century mark, he's had made a few adjustments to his usual rough-and-tumble routine.

"You take really cold ice baths," he revealed during a Tuesday morning visit to TODAY. "Every night."

And that's not all he revealed.

  • On still doing those stunts: "You just become more efficient … in terms of what you learn, what you do, what you can't do, what you can do."

  • On being 50: "It's only been a couple of months, but I'm glad I'm here." Beats the alternative? "It does indeed."

  • On why two women broke into his home earlier this year: "I don't know, Matt. They just wanted to come and visit. They just wanted to hang out!"
