Katy Perry sometimes gets called "Mrs. Brand"--and she likes it!
"When people try to get my attention, like if I'm at an event or something like that, and they want special attention, they go, 'Mrs. Brand!' " the pop star said in an interview airing Wednesday on Ellen.
"And I go shwoosh!" she demonstrated, turning her head.
And when Ellen DeGeneres asked whether Perry has considered trading in her famous last name for another one, she replied, "I am, actually."
Of course, it's mainly to show that damn Dame Helen Mirren what's what.

"Yeah, she needs to step off my man," Perry joked of Russell Brand's costar in The Tempest and the upcoming Arthur remake, who previously told Ellen that she was "very jealous" of Katy being married to Russell.
"Actually I kind of don't mind that someone else takes some of the responsibility because it's a lot of work," Perry said of her deviously funny spouse, who's admittedly "a handful."
"But handfuls are also a lot of fun," the newlywed added. "There's never a dull moment."
