Katie Couric isn't the first person you think of guest starring on Glee.
But as Gleeks know, the powerhouse news anchor will be popping up on the show.
I just spoke to Couric and this is what she had to say...

"It's a Busby Berkeley number with lots of spangles and a top hat and a cane," Couric said this morning at the Hollywood Reporter's Power 100 Women in Entertainment breakfast. "I think half of the show is going to be my musical number. I'm really excited about it."
She kids. (We think.)
As for her recent interview on CBS Sunday Morning with Matthew Morrison, Couric gushed, "Isn't he so cute?!" Couric also told reporters she's hoping to work with Sue Sylvester aka Jane Lynch.
Just don't tell Ed O'Neill.
