“Jon and Kate Plus 8” might be no more — but it didn’t take Kate Gosselin long to get back in front of the cameras.
Kate was spotted at a restaurant in Raleigh, N.C., on Tuesday — complete with camera crew in tow — filming a segment for her new series, which is in development at Discovery’s TLC cable channel.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, in November TLC announced they were scrapping plans for a “Kate Plus 8” spin-off. However, they noted a new series for the reality mom was in development.
TLC confirmed to Access that the filming of Kate at the Raleigh restaurant on Tuesday was part of the development process.
The finale of “Jon & Kate Plus 8” aired on Nov. 23, with more than 4.3 million viewers tuning in for the farewell.
