Kanye West tweets 'June Eighteen,' deletes all the rest

"I'm gonna totally mess with everyone and put up one tweet with no explanation or context." "Yeah. You totally should do that."

Mark your calendars, Kanye West Twitter followers. May 2 is the day the hip-hop superstar deleted all of his previous tweets and left one cryptic tweet standing: "June Eighteen."

The 9,439,300 people who follow West are left to wonder whether the third Tuesday of next month is the release date for new music -- his follow to 2010's "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" is anticipated.

There's also speculation that it's a due date for the baby West is expecting with girlfriend Kim Kardashian. Remember, that one time, when he shocked the world (and Kim) by announcing that the two were expecting? Well, that was on Dec. 30. So if our math is correct, that would mean the baby is due on or around the time ... when you do the math.

Other birthdays of note on June 18 include ex-Beatle Paul McCartney (1942) and "The Voice" judge Blake Shelton (1976).

West's tweet garnered more than 27,000 retweets from people who are really really into numbers, or something. If that's you, look at how funny it is that he has 9 million followers and follows only one person -- guess who!
