Now we all know that Justin Timberlake can sing. He’s proven that since bursting onto the scene in 1998 with *NSYNC.

But now, Justin is hitting Sundance to prove to everyone that he can act too.

Access Hollywood’s caught up with Justin to talk about his new movie “Alpha Dog.”

“How important is this film for you to kind of change the way people look at you?” Tony asked JT.

“To be honest with you, those are things that I don’t really think about,” Justin admitted. “I’ve been wanting to do film for awhile and just felt like this was a great opportunity to do it.”

Justin shows no fear as he treads new terrain in the world of acting in the urban crime drama that will close the Sundance Film Festival.

Timberlake, who shares the screen in “Alpha Dog” with Sharon Stone and Bruce Willis, made quite an impression on his castmates.

“Just Timberlake is terrific in this film,” Willis told us. “I told him it’s time to stop singing.”

When Tony met up with Justin, he mentioned Bruce’s comments.

“Bruce Willis said some very good things about your acting,” Tony said.

“Really?!?” Justin laughed.

Catch “Alpha Dog” when it hits theaters nationwide February 24.
