Pop star Justin Bieber is coming back to TODAY to celebrate the release of his new album, "Purpose."
He'll kick off the event with a fun skateboarding lesson with Tamron Hall and end with a live TODAY plaza performance on Wednesday, Nov. 18 as part of our Citi Concert Series.
Bieber fans packed the TODAY plaza in September, which is where they got their first opportunity to hear "What Do You Mean?," the first single from his new album.
