What the heck was Justin Bieber doing yesterday at a Victoria's Secret store?
Could he have actually been picking up a Valentine's Day present for Selena Gomez--or possibly his BFF Chelsea Handler ?
Here's what we know...

The 16-year-old popstar was spotted at the Victoria's Secret boutique in the Beverly Center mall in Los Angeles. A store employee tells us that Bieber was with his dad. While the employee was tightlipped about what they bought, we do know that he left the store carrying multiple large bags.
And truth be told, we'll leave it at that. We don't really want to know what Bieber may have gotten Gomez from Victoria's Secret. It's a bit TMI, don't ya think?
In some not TMI information, hitmaking producer and One Republic frontman Ryan Tedder tells me that he may be hitting the studio with the Biebster. "All I could tell you is the head of his label hit me up last week and said, 'We want stuff from you, like, immediately," Tedder said at Clive Davis' Pre-Grammy party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. "So I am actively working on something."
And Mr. Tedder is also working Cody Simpson, the 14-year-old singing sensation who has been labeled the Australian Justin Bieber.
"I'm recording a song with him this week," Tedder said. "It may be his new single [because] everybody is freaking out about it."
