John Cena is a man of extremes. In the WWE ring, there's no one tougher — though current titleholder Seth Rollins may disagree. Outside of the ring, however, Cena's the undisputed champion when it comes to kids in need.

Just last month, he made Make-A-Wish history by being the first celebrity to have granted 500 wishes. And after wrapping up the action on "Monday Night Raw" this week, he turned the spotlight on yet another child.

"We've got a special fighter in the house," he told the audience. "We have a young lady who is 7 years old, and she just got some amazing news. She's been fighting quite a tough battle, and I'm proud to announce she won."

The girl he was talking about is Kiara Grindrod, better known as Kiara the Warrior Princess on her fundraising page, who's been battling a brain cancer.

Cena called Kiara "an inspiration to not only us in the ring, but to every single person outside the ring around the world," before he and fellow wrestler Sting stepped out into the crowd to congratulate the tiny champ face-to-face.
