It was not a good morning for Jennifer Hudson.
The singer found herself in the emergency room on Friday right after performing on Good Morning America as part of the show's Summer Concert Series in Central Park.
"Jennifer Hudson went to the hospital due to severe abdominal pains," a rep for the star tells E! News. "She was treated for food poisoning and released."
Another scheduled appearance today, on The Early Show, was subsequently canceled.
Hudson, who earned an Oscar for her work in Dreamgirls, was on GMA promoting her latest album, I Remember Me.
