What little sympathy might have existed for Jesse James will likely be gone after this news breaks: James was texting with his alleged mistress Michelle “Bombshell” McGee in March, long after he and Sandra Bullock brought their adopted son, Louis, home from New Orleans.

According to text messages obtained by In Touch Weekly, McGee texted James on March 14, “Whatcha doin stranger,” to which James responded, “Nuthin! Was just think’n bout u this morning.”

On March 15, People reported that Bullock left the L.A. house that she and James shared. News of James’ infidelities broke shortly after. According to In Touch, James is holding out hope that he and Bullock can reunite.

“Jesse is willing to do anything to win Sandra back,” reports the magazine.

Michaels expected on ‘Apprentice’ finale Bret Michaels is expected to make a full recovery after suffering a brain hemorrhage, but it’s unclear when he’ll be able to get back to making public appearances. However, Michaels might be on television even before he gets the all-clear sign from his doctors. Sources are saying the star made it to the top four of “Celebrity Apprentice.”

“The final task has been filmed, and Bret’s in the episode,” an insider told Life & Style. The live finale is set to air May 23 on NBC.

Michaels’ health is being evaluated every two weeks, and no announcement has been made from his camp as to when he’ll be back in front of cameras.

Kathy Griffin’s “Life on the D List” is back on Bravo June 15. The disturbing part of the announcement is that she’s bringing Levi Johnston along with her. Among the episodes slated for season six is one in which Griffin “gallivants in Alaska with Levi Johnston and knocks on Sarah Palin’s door,” according to the press release.

Before the season premiere, you can catch Griffin on her one-hour comedy special June 8, “Kathy Griffin Does the Bible Belt,” which was taped at the Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville, Tenn.
