J.Lo deals with revolving door of nannies

Nannies are tough to keep at the J. Lo-Marc Anthony household, according to the National Enquirer. The magazine says two have walked off the job after being overworked.

While the rest of the world is preoccupied with the , Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony could use a little help with their own set of twins. According to the National Enquirer, babies Max and Emme need a new nanny after their last one walked off the job.

“Probably more like running off the job,” an insider told the magazine. “Normally people who make huge sums of money and have loads of professional and social obligations hire a nanny for each child, especially for newborns. But it is as if Jennifer expects one nanny not only to take care of both twins, but to work 16-hour days, seven days a week!”

That grueling schedule allegedly led the first nanny to leave after just one week of watching the wee ones. The next caregiver lasted a bit longer, but eventually the diva’s demands wore her out, too, leaving the position vacant.

“They hired a second nanny, who was wonderful with the twins, but she couldn’t take working such long hours without a break,” the source said. “After that nanny resigned, the couple began desperately seeking nanny No. 3.”

A very Brady feud There’s bad blood brewing between “Brady Bunchers” Florence Henderson and Christopher Knight. Last week, everyone’s favorite mom spoke out about the made-for-TV marriage between the actor who played Peter on the classic sitcom and his reality-regular bride, Adrianne Curry. Now Christopher and Adrianne are firing back at Mrs. Brady via their MySpace blogs.

It all started innocently enough when Florence hit the Television Critics’ Association's summer press tour to promote her latest Hallmark Channel offering, “Ladies of the House.” During the press chat, conversation switched to all things Brady, particularly her former costars’ tendency toward reality TV. That’s when the maternal figure chimed in on the stars of “My Fair Brady.”

“When Christopher Knight was doing ‘The Surreal Life,’ he was very much involved with this person he had met on the set, so I think (the producers) were pressuring him to get married,” Florence said in a quote posted to Fancast. “(Christopher) asked me if I could come in and counsel them while they were dating and I did, but they didn’t listen to me at all. They then asked if I could come in and counsel for the marriage but I said no. I said, maybe I can come counsel for the divorce?”

For Adrianne, those were fighting words. First her rep responded on her behalf, stating that Florence’s comments were “grossly unprofessional, irresponsible and immature,” then Adrianne put it in her own words in a post ironically titled, “I forgive Florence.”

“I was nothing but nice to (Florence) when we met, and she had it out for me before I said a word,” Adrianne wrote. “Lord knows I tried to connect with ‘this person,’ but it is obvious that it was never meant to be. I just wish she could be more professional about this. It's weird to have someone on the level of Mr. Rogers and Barney hate you.”

Finally, Christopher pulled up a chair to the TV family feud, but with a more balanced approach. While he vented his anger over Florence’s comments, his MySpace response hinted that both women share the blame.

“It is no secret Florence and Adrianne do not see eye to eye,” he explained. “In truth, I can empathize with both sets of views. But ... in the struggle, I (am) hoping one day these two women will bridge their generation and philosophical differences; calling my marriage a sham helps so very little.”

Dish on the flyAre wedding bells in the future for “Heroes” hotties Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia? It looks like it, as, according to In Touch Weekly, Milo’s already shopping for the ring. “Milo was looking at rings in late June,” a friend of the couple told the magazine. “He really likes Cartier and intends to spend around $200,000.” … Film fans hoping to catch George Clooney and the gang for another “Ocean’s” flick will be disappointed to hear the $1 billion franchise is history. When OK! magazine asked Don Cheadle, one of the stars of the ensemble cast, if there would be an “Ocean’s 14,” he put it plainly. “No. Done. It's a wrap.”
