"American Idol" has moved on to Hollywood, and the competition is getting tougher. Who's your favorite? Least favorite? And who do you think could win it all?

Here are some of your comments.

DITCH THE GIMMICKS"It’s too early for a favorite pick but there are some that get your attention. I am so glad to see the “gimmicks” being sent home. This should be taken seriously by those who are smart enough to see the prize. I was truly saddened to see so much tv time given to foul-mouthed, no-talent, no-class contestants during the audition portion this year. It cheapens a great contest!"    --Theresa

WHAT A SHAME“I loved loved loved that girl who played the guitar at the old folks home as therapy to help their memory. I didn’t catch her name, but I think that it was a total shame that she didn’t make it because she had a beatiful voice and had a different quality about it that made me want to listen more. She didn’t sound like everyone else, and I would like her to know that she positively affected at least one viewer.”    --Anna

VIVA PARIS‘I think Paris is the best on the show so far.”    --Jenny

NEXT CLAY?“I thought that the Boston auditions were so funny. Especially the guy who thought he was the next Clay Aiken...It was so funny and I’m a huge Claymate but that guy was so hilarious I think I cracked a rib. LOVED IT......I’m nervous and I gotta Pee....PRICELESS.”    --Kimmie

FIRE SIMON“Simon was the worst auditioner this season. Like Trump says, ‘you’re fired!’ ”    --Anonymous

KEVIN THE KID“Kevin Covais was the best. He is young and cute and had an awesome voice. Sure he looks like a little kid, but that is what image consultants are for. I think he is the best and should do well.”    --Eddie

HOORAY FOR HOLLYWOOD‘I think that after last week of one bad audition after another, that this week we could have seen at least more than three good performances. Obviously, there were more than a few but instead American Idol bored the fans with horrendous singing. For me, Hollowood could not have come soon enough!”    --Kim

WE'RE IN TROUBLE
"It makes me a lot concerned that there are so many weird people coming out of the woodwork. It’s even more freaky if they really do think they can sing well. Are there actually that many deranged people in the USA? If so, we’re in worse trouble than I thought. We’re worried about terrorists? I do think the judges can be overboard with unkind remarks. You are not right for this competition is enough. Don’t be rude & hateful, Simon! We can’t wait to hear the really GOOD singers. That is what this is all about. Listening to people with gifted voices.”    --Brenda
