If you're a lady on the go, you know how it can be hard to find time to work and work out. So who wouldn't want to know what exercises you can do in heels? Probably poor guest-host Willie Geist (filling in for Kathie Lee this week), who helped Hoda try out some exercise techniques for working women.
Carrie Dorr of Pure Barre came by on Friday to demonstrate some moves that you can do at work, even if you're wearing pumps and a dress. The technique uses isometric exercise to target the hips, abs, "seats," and arms.
But to level the playing field, she belted guest-host Willie Geist's legs to simulate the experience of wearing a pencil skirt.
"Is this a prank?" asked Willie as she trussed him up. Hoda laughed maniacally throughout like the professional lady she is.
Poor Willie. At least your gams will look fabulous.
