A mayor in Germany announced he has decided to emblazon challenging parking spots with a symbol to indicate they're for men only.

The ladies wanted to know why the man panel was so giddy about this.

"The whole women can't drive thing, you know where that came from?" explained Chuck Nice. "Science." The look that this drew from Hoda sent probably sent a mysterious, icy chill down the back of some far-off German mayor.
