Last week a group of TODAY staffers auditioned for the production by showing off their juggling skills, rapping abilities and twinkling tapping toes.

Over the weekend, Kathie Lee taught some of the music to her friend and star of the musical, Regis Philbin.

"He's going to be delicious," Kathie Lee said. "He's just terrific."

The show airs live on TODAY December 4.
